People often come for coaching because they are feeling dissatisfied - lost, or uncertain about how to move forwards. Your coach will act as an impartial thinking partner, providing a safe environment to consider the benefits and costs of making change.

Coaching is a framework for conversation, about any area of your life – a training in developing positive mental patterns.
It is confidential, inspiring and sometimes challenging. It always encourages a clear focus on practical action towards achieving what is most important to you.
Coaching is not therapy. It encourages looking at what is happening now and what would be the very best thing that could happen next. It is assumed that you are inherently capable, resourceful and creative - able to resolve problems by gaining an understanding of how to approach them.

People usually start to see some significant changes after 6 sessions but for a deeper life-changing process, and result, 12 sessions, or more, are recommended.
